Admission Policies

  • The academic year commences from first week of June for all standards Nursery, Jr. KG to Std 8 (in 2018-19 and upper classes from 2018-19). Parents will have to carefully read and fill up the Admission forms. Parents will bring their ward at the time of submitting the registration form, as the admissions will be provided based on the ‘first come first serve’ bases and the availability of seats at that time.
  • Students (Boys & Girls) are admitted in Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG and other classes depending on the availability of seats.
  • Admission to Std 1 to 9 is subject to written test followed by an interview to assess the fitness of the pupil to the class which he/she seeks admission and availability of seats in the respective class.
  • The Admission Test is conducted in 3 subjects, English, Math & Env. Studies / Science.
  • The names of children seeking admission may be registered in advance. Registration is no guarantee for admission.
  • If a student is considered eligible for admission, the parents/guardian will be informed in advance of the date on which the student should present himself/herself for the test/interview.
  • The list of successful candidate will be put on the school notice board.
  • Admission is final only when the required documents are submitted and the fees are paid.
  • It is entirely within the jurisdiction of the Principal to entertain or reject an application for admission without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Withdrawals: Parents intending to withdraw a pupil should give a term’s notice of withdrawal failing which they may be required to pay fees for the term in lieu of the notice in addition to whatever is due for that period.

Fees: The current fees schedule may be obtained from the school office on request. Every year there may be a raise of around 10% in the school frees. The fees once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.
